In accordance with the Company's Return Policy, returns are accepted for withdrawal if the ebook has not been satisfying (provided that the product submitted does not match the one requested or there is an operational error). In this case, the cancellation request must be communicated immediately by e-mail.

If the conditions of the Refund Policy of the company, the warranty period or the applicable law are not met, the customer might not be entitled to receiving it.

Refund of the amount paid:

If there is a cancellation of the purchase of the ebook, the refund of the value of the product is made from the same payment method chosen by the customer.

The maximum refund period is 7 calendar days after the purchase.
